A: Yes, you must sign up by the 4th Monday of May.

A: No, for zoning issues, you must contact the City if the property is within city limits or the County Public Works Office.

Q: Why did I get the tax bill when I sold my property this year?
A: Wyoming State Statue states the owner of Record on January 1st of the current year is responsible for the taxes.
