Blood Pressure Clinics

 

 

Blood pressure clinics are offered on a weekly basis.  Information is also available regarding diet and exercise.

CLINIC TIMES:  Blood pressure walk-in clinics are held every Thursday from 12:30 - 1:00 p.m.  You may call for additional BP checks outside of clinic time if condition warrants.

 

HOW TO APPLY:  No application is necessary.  Anyone requesting a blood pressure check may receive this service.

 

AGENCY CONTACT PERSON:  All staff

 

COST:  Suggested donation of $3 - 5.  Service will be provided regardless of ability to pay.
