Blood Pressure Checks
Blood pressure checks are offered on an as-needed basis. Information is also available regarding diet and exercise.
CLINIC TIMES: You may come in to the office or call to set up an appointment for blood pressure checks.
HOW TO APPLY: No application is necessary. Anyone requesting a blood pressure check may receive this service.

COST: Suggested donation of $3 - 5. Service will be provided regardless of ability to pay.
