Home Visiting

 
     This is a program for young first-time mothers beginning early in pregnancy and continuing through 2 years of age for baby.  The program focuses on positive pregnancy outcomes, supports child health and development, economic self-sufficiency, parenting and life skills.
 
 
HOW TO APPLY:  Referrals from local obstetricians/WIC/Best Beginnings/self
