To all whom it may concern: at their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 9:00 a.m., the Board of County Commissioners will consider vacating Carbon Hill Road (a.k.a. Beckton Hall Road). The Board will hear testimony and consider petitions for and remonstrances against the vacation of the right-of-way, and may alter or refuse to vacate the right-of-way, as in the judgment of the Board, the public good may require.
The Board will meet in the Commissioners’ Board Room located on the second floor of the Sheridan County Courthouse, at 224 South Main Street, Sheridan, WY. The petitioners, objecting parties, and members of the public are invited to attend and be heard. Questions may be directed to the Sheridan County Commission Office at 674-2900.
