The sale of real property for 2019 delinquent taxes has been moved to the Sheridan County Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall to provide the public with more room to physically distance themselves from one another. Social distancing is key for reducing the chance of spreading COVID-19, and the previous venue (the Sheridan County Courthouse) cannot accommodate the amount of space a large gathering would require.

The real estate will be sold subject to any special assessments for local and public improvements. Registration for interested buyers will begin at 8 a.m.
