Invitation to Bid – Sheridan County Circuit Court Electrical Project

Notice is hereby given that Sheridan County is inviting Qualified (Licensed) Electrical Contractors to submit sealed bids for furnishing labor, materials and equipment required to complete a project at the Sheridan County Circuit Court Office.
– Pull (6) new Cat-5 runs from vault to office
o (2) of the (6) runs to the front counter
o (2) runs to each side of the office to provide (6) per side of the office area
o Terminate new Cat-5 in patch panel
o Terminate new Cat-5 in wall-plate/channel, label accordingly
o Existing “loose” Cat-5 in office area to be installed into wall-plate/channel
– Move the conduit/channel containing power outlets and Cat-5 to just above desktop height, for ease of access
– Install additional power outlets in channel to provide (8) outlets per desk
– Install Cat-5 termination box at Judge’s desk to eliminate existing cable mess

A mandatory walk through will be held at 7:30 AM on Monday, December 30, 2019 on the 2nd floor of the Historic Courthouse-Circuit Court Offices.
Sealed bids marked “Circuit Court Electrical Project are due at 5:00 p.m., Monday, January 6, 2020 and submitted to Renee’ Obermueller, Administrative Director, 224 S. Main, Ste. B-1, Sheridan, WY 82801. Bids submitted after the due date will not be considered.
Project completion date is January 17, 2020.
Sheridan County reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive irregularities and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process. This bid does not obligate Sheridan County to pay any costs incurred by respondents in the preparation and submission of a proposal. Furthermore, the bid does not obligate Sheridan County to accept or contract for any expressed or implied service. The proposer will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
