The Sheridan County Board of County Commissioners hereby gives public notice of its intent to make available one (1) Retail Liquor License.
This is to advise the public of the availability of one (1) Retail Liquor License outside of the five (5) mile buffer of the City of Sheridan. A Retail Liquor License – allows sale of alcoholic liquor and malt beverages for consumption on premise, off premise, or both (W.S. 12-4-201). Per the Board of Sheridan County Commissioners Rules and Regulations Governing the Licensing of Liquor Sales, the fee for a Retail Liquor License is $1,500 a year. The County Commissioner’s Office is available to answer questions and provide the current Retail Liquor License application.
