The Sheridan County Board of County Commissioners hereby gives public notice of its intent to adopt new Rules & Regulations Governing the Licensing of Liquor Sales.
The purpose of the new rules is to address changes in Wyoming state laws governing the licensing of liquor sales enacted in the 2017 Legislative Session. The proposed rules meet the minimum substantive state statutory standards.
Copies of the proposed rules are available from the Sheridan County Board of County Commissioners, located on the 2nd floor of the Courthouse Addition. They may also be viewed by clicking here.
Written comments on the proposed rules may be submitted by the public to the Board of County Commissioners, 224 S. Main Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, or emailed to bocc@sheridancounty.com on or before June 1, 2017.
A public hearing to receive oral comments on the proposed rules will be held on June 5, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. The Board will consider adoption of the proposed rules at its regular meeting on June 6, 2017, commencing at 9:00 a.m.
