To all whom it may concern: at the regularly scheduled public meeting held on December 3, 2019 the Board of County Commissioners voted to approve the Notice of Intent to vacate Carbon Hill Road (a.k.a. Beckton Hall Road) commencing at the SE¼SE¼ of Section 16 and the NE¼NE¼ of Section 21 of Township 55 North, Range 85 West of the 6th P.M. in Sheridan County Wyoming. More particularly described by survey, as the public right-of-way from the E1/16 line of Sections 16/21 for a distance of 1327.40 feet bearing S 89⁰ 48’ 33” E to the SE corner of Section 16. Said road is recorded on Road Plat Record C-1 established by the Board of County Commissioner proceedings on June 27th, 1892 (Commission Record Book 2, Page 51). All objections thereto or claims for damages by reason thereof must be filed in writing with the County Clerk, located at 224 S. Main Street, Suite B-2, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, before noon on January 3, 2020 or such road will be vacated without reference to such objections or claims for damages. The hearing to consider said vacation shall be held during the board meeting Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. If no objections or claims for damages are filed in a timely manner, they shall be disregarded, and not considered, and shall be deemed to have been waived and barred.
