To all whom it may concern: at the regularly scheduled public meeting held on May 17, 2022 the Board of County Commissioners voted to approve the Notice of Intent to a portion of Carbon Hill Road in Sheridan County, Wyoming. Said road was created with Road Plat Record C-1, established by the Board of County Commissioner proceedings on June 27, 1982 (Commission Record Book 2, Page 51). All objections thereto or claims for damages by reason thereof must be filed in writing with the County Clerk, located at 224 S. Main Street, Suite B-2, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, before noon on Friday, June 17, 2022, or such road will be vacated without reference to such objections or claims for damages. The hearing to consider said vacation shall be held during the board meeting Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. If no objections or claims for damages are filed in a timely manner, they shall be disregarded, and not considered, and shall be deemed to have been waived and barred.
