To all whom it may concern: at the regularly scheduled public meeting held on July 19, 2022 the Board of County Commissioners voted to approve the Notice of Intent to vacate a platted 60-foot wide right-of-way named Yankee Avenue between blocks 40 & 45 within the Downers Addition to
Sheridan, Wyoming located within Sheridan County, Wyoming. Said road is recorded on Page 93 of Book A. All objections thereto or claims for damages by reason thereof must be filed in writing with the County Clerk, located at 224 S. Main Street, Suite B-2, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, before noon on
Friday, August 19, 2022, or such road will be vacated without reference to such objections or claims for damages. The hearing to consider said vacation shall be held during the board meeting Tuesday,
September 6, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. If no objections or claims for damages are filed in a timely manner, they shall be disregarded, and not considered, and shall be deemed to have been waived and barred.
