To all whom it may concern: at the regularly scheduled public meeting held on March 15, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners voted to approve the Notice of Intent to vacate platted 16-foot wide, public rights-of-way, known as alleys of Block 40 and Block 45 within the Downer Addition to Sheridan Wyoming Subdivision located within Sheridan County, Wyoming. Said rights-of-way are recorded on Page 93 of Book A. All objections thereto or claims for damages by reason thereof must be filed in writing with the County Clerk, located at 224 S. Main Street, Suite B-2, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, before noon on Friday, April 15, 2022, or such rights-of-way will be vacated without reference to such objections or claims for damages. The hearing to consider said vacation shall be held during the board meeting Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. If no objections or claims for damages are filed in a timely manner, they shall be disregarded, and not considered, and shall be deemed to have been waived and barred.
