To all whom it may concern: at the regularly scheduled public meeting held on May 17, 2022 the Board of County Commissioners voted to approve the Notice of Intent to vacate Story Avenue between Block 1 & 2 within the suburban Homes Company Addition to the City of Sheridan Wyoming in Sheridan County, Wyoming. Said road is recorded in Drawer S, Plat #36. All objections thereto or claims for damages by reason thereof must be filed in writing with the County Clerk, located at 224 S. Main Street, Suite B-2, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, before noon on Friday, June 17, 2022, or such road will be vacated without reference to such objections or claims for damages. The hearing to consider said vacation shall be held during the board meeting Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. If no objections or claims for damages are filed in a timely manner, they shall be disregarded, and not considered, and shall be deemed to have been waived and barred.
