Notice of Public Hearing

TO:      John Arens, Harry Washut, Jr., and to all whom it may concern:  at their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, June 4, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., the Board of County Commissioners will Consider Resolution 19-06-013 Vacation of Public Right-of-Way Plat of First Addition to Town of Lodore, the Board having received the report of the appraisers.  At such hearing the Board may hear testimony and consider petitions for and remonstrances against the vacation, as the case may be, of such right-of-way, and may alter or refuse to vacate such right-of-way, as in the judgment of the Board, the public good may require. The Board may increase or diminish the damages allowed by the appraisers, and may make such vacation of the right-of-way, dependent or conditioned upon the payment, in whole or in part, of the damages awarded or expenses incurred in relation thereto by any objecting party or claimant or the petitioners for such right-of-way or such vacation of any right-of-way. A Public Hearing on this matter will be held on the Second Floor in the Commissioners’ Board Room of the Sheridan County Courthouse, at 224 South Main Street, Sheridan, WY. The petitioners, claimants, objecting parties and member of the public are invited to comment on this request. Questions may be directed to the Sheridan County Commission Office at 674-2900.
