The City of Sheridan and Sheridan County are issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the delivery of 9-1-1 Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulance response and transport services within Sheridan County.
While the RFP requirements reflect ideal standards, bidders are encouraged to respond with the services and equipment that they would be delivering in the event a contract should be issued and awarded. Responses are encouraged to identify where proposals differ from the RFP requirements. Proposals must contain the following information/data with the identification of any exceptions/variances to the RFP on the following subjects:
● Clinical Excellence
● Response Time Reliability
● Economic Efficiency
● Financial Stability
● Customer Satisfaction
The RFP document is available for download off of the City of Sheridan website, www.sheridanwy.gov. Please call the undersigned if you need any further clarification of items contained in the RFP. Responses to clarification requests will be available to all bidders. All questions or requests for information must be received by July 13, 2022 at 5 pm, answers will be posted to the City of Sheridan’s website. Proposals must be received by the Clerk’s Office no later than July 28, 2022 at 5 pm.
