NOTICE

For the health and safety of our employees and the public, stay home if you are ill, at risk or have been exposed to COVID-19.

WANT TO STAY HOME and AVOID THE LINES?

We are encouraging the public to consider all your options to conduct your county business including using the outside County Drop Box located on the corner of Brooks and Burkitt Streets, mail, email, FEDEX/UPS, phones, on-line forms, paying online, the Secretary of State’s website and the Sheridan County website.

CONDUCTING COUNTY BUSINESS IN PERSON

If you conduct your business in person, please review all posted signs before entering the building and individual offices.

LIMITED ACCESS TO WALK-IN TRAFFIC

At this time, access to the Election Office has been limited to two (2) essential customers at the counter at any one time.  All walk-in traffic must wait in line at the office door until called and practice social distancing.  No one can cut the line.   No one is allowed inside our office until we are ready.

OUTSIDE County DROP BOX

We recommend using the County Drop Box located outside at the corner of Brooks and Burkitt Streets next to the green bench.   This is a safe and secure way to deliver documents to all County Courthouse Offices.   NOTE: Place your documents in a sealed envelope & address to the appropriate office. This will ensure the documents are delivered to the correct office in a timely manner.
