The Sheridan County Public Library System is now accepting applications for an open position that will begin July 01, 2020 and serve a three (3) year term. Applicants must complete the board application and cover letter. Applications must be received no later than June 5, 2020 at 5:00pm. Applications can be emailed to bocc@sheridancounty.com or mailed to Board of County Commissioners, 224 S Main St, Suite B1, Sheridan, WY 82801.
Sheridan County Public Library System is a public advisory board and its purpose is to:
- Set policies and develop a Strategic Plan for the library system
- Set the annual budget for the library and oversee all financial documents and expenditures each month
- Oversight of the Library Director
- Proponent of the Library within the community
Meetings are the 3rd Wednesday of each month with additional committee duties as needed.
