On behalf of the Wyoming Water Development Commission, you are invited to attend an informational public meeting for the Sheridan Municipal Watershed Wildfire Hazard Mitigation Assessment. The focus of this project is to create a watershed management plan that outlines specific forest management treatments that will prevent or minimize impacts to municipal supply reservoirs and infrastructure for the City of Sheridan. Representatives from the Wyoming Water Development Office (WWDO), the Sheridan Area Water Supply System (SAWS), the City of Sheridan, and the project consulting team will be available to answer questions and listen to your thoughts and/or concerns on wildfire mitigation related to Sheridan’s municipal water supply.
